This cookery class is suitable for visitors who are new to Malaysia and simply loves Malaysian and/or Asian food. Malaysian adults who are interested in learning the recipes are welcomed too.
In this class, participants will learn to cook favourite Malaysian or Asian recipes and be able to re-create these dishes in their own home to surprise their family and loved ones. You will learn how to balance local flavours and use the many herbs and spices to create a feast for your senses.
This class is about Chicken. Chicken is widely used to cook many Malaysian and Asian dishes. Join us to learn 2 favourite Malaysian chicken recipes. Your family and loved ones will be “clucking” for more.
1. Butter Chicken with Garlic Rice (Chicken cooked in a creamy curry leaves sauce served with rice cooked with garlic cloves)
2. Turmeric fried Chicken with Blue Herb Rice (Chicken marinated in turmeric cooked in coconut milk gravy served with rice coloured in blue from butterfly pea flower

How to get there
-Use Grab or taxi.
-We can also be reached by public transportation – MRT Sg.Buloh-Kajang line to
the Semantan station. Proceed to Semantan exit. Our cooking school is about
5-8 minutes walk from the station (approx. 250 meters away).
-If you are driving, parking space is available inside our school compound.
Note1: Our kitchen studio is a pork free and alcohol free premises. Consumption of any form of pork or alcohol is prohibited.
NOTE2: This cooking class is for adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class.
