This cookery class is suitable for visitors who are new to Malaysia and simply loves Malaysian and/or Asian food. Malaysian adults who are interested in learning the recipes are welcomed too.

In each class, participants will learn to cook favourite Malaysian or Asian recipes and be able to re-create these dishes in their own home to surprise their family and loved ones. You will learn how to balance local flavours and use the many herbs and spices to create a feast for your senses.

This class is about street food wraps Asian style. Delicious and bursting with flavours, Asian wraps are a great idea for entertaining and a family style meal. Instead of ordering Chinese, you will be making 3 popular wraps yourself. Fast and delicious, they make for easy lunch or week night entrée. The 3 types of asian streets food wraps that you will learn are:-

1. Popiah (Spring roll – paper thin crepe wrapper stuffed with cooked shredded
vegetable filing)

2. Wonton (Dumpling stuffed with chicken and water chestnut filling)

3. Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls (Rice paper rolls wrapped with shrimp and
vegetable filling)

How to get there

-Use Grab or taxi.
-We can also be reached by public transportation – MRT Sg.Buloh-Kajang line to
the Semantan station. Proceed to Semantan exit. Our cooking school is about
5-8 minutes walk from the station (approx. 250 meters away).
-If you are driving, parking space is available inside our school compound.

-Price includes the Ingredients, Equipment, Utensils and Chef Instructor
-Our kitchen studio is a pork free and alcohol free premises. Consumption of
any form of pork or alcohol is prohibited.
-This cooking class is for adults only. Participants are not allowed to bring
children to the class.
